All detailed arrangements, including the scope of tasks, deadlines, and costs, are agreed upon and confirmed via correspondence.
We care about 100% customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, we fail to meet your expectations - you do not have to pay for our work. We do not collect any advance payments. You will only pay for the website implementation service after the site has been built, reviewed, approved, and after any potential corrections (such as typos or adjustments) have been made. Standardly, every site is launched for an initial 14-day, non-extendable authorization period, during which we await full payment.
We are a Polish company, and we pay all our taxes and obligations in Poland. We cooperate exclusively with Polish programmers, lawyers, graphic designers, and a Polish server technology provider (data center located in Poland). Every payment is automatically accounted for and taxed. We are not concerned with the ultimate purpose or use of your websites (private or commercial). We build websites for both individuals and companies. There are no hidden costs! We will not surprise you with unexpected additional fees not mentioned on our website. The complete quotation is agreed upon individually and always presented for approval.
